One of the biggest mistakes people do is meals skipping. It is important not to skip any of them. When you frequently eating tiny meals, it helps you to balance calories intake in your body and keeps your blood sugar level low which is a good thing.

The best thing to do is to eat 5 or 6 meals per day instead of the average 3 big ones.

This might sound silly but it’s true. Most restaurants for example, serves pasta dish with 4 servings total of pasta. You don’t have to just eat everything out from your plate, feel free to take what is left to your home.

You should eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Why? Well, fruits and vegetables contain lots of beneficial fibers, antioxidants and of course, vitamins which are vital for you.

Also, as you eat them, your stomach will be full which will help you from eating too much other food. Also, you will feel full much faster. Don’t forget that as fruits and vegetables contains less calories than meat for example, it will also keep your calorie count low.
